How to apply for papers submission and next steps:
• Send the filled Application form until May, 20th 2016;
• Notification of the selected presentations will be sent until May, 30th 2016;
• Full paper/inputs submission and travel details arrangement until June, 10th 2016;
• Conference date: July, 15th 2016;
• Publishing the papers and conference results (within 1 month after the conference);

For the approved applicants the organizers will cover the hotel and food costs. In certain cases the travel costs may also be covered.
